Coach Pyle
Coach Pyle has been coaching tennis at the high school level for the last five years, with the last four being at Noblesville High School. Over the span of four years at the helm, Coach Pyle has integrated a philosophy of lifelong love of community and growth through the sport of tennis, which he hopes to continue for years to come.
Coach Pyle has coached multiple teams who have been in the top 30 state rankings in Indiana, coached both first and second team all state singles and doubles teams, and coached two separate boys teams to the state finals.
Coach Pyle runs summer camps for all grade levels, junior level tournaments and leagues, and has vast experience working at different indoor tennis clubs in the Indianapolis area. He gives private and group lessons with mostly junior players. He has run various programs with the USTA, such as PE and train the trainer sessions, JTT Slams and Pop-ups, JTT Summer Night Leagues, served as a Junior Tournament Director, and coordinated with USTA adult leagues.
Coach Pyle focuses teaching a balanced player approach for high level players, which includes three pillars: Skill Work, Point Play, and Strength & Conditioning. Each lesson with him will include a portion of those three pillars of tennis. He also has experience coaching high level mentality training to players on and off the court.

The Noblesville Millers Tennis Complex
Opened in September of 2022, the new Noblesville Millers Tennis Complex has been the home of the Millers tennis programs. It has hosted the IHSAA Tennis Sectionals and Regionals, Level 6 and 7 USTA Junior Tournaments, Adult Leagues, JTT League, and Summer Camps of all ages. Coach Pyle is primarily in charge of making this wonderful facility a name brand throughout the state of Indiana tennis. It also was awarded the USTA Outstanding Facility Award in 2025.
Coaching Highlights & Philosophies
Back to Back State Finals
In 2023 and 2024 boys tennis seasons, Coach Pyle led each team to the state team finals in back to back seasons. The 2023 season was the first time in 35 years that Noblesville won a sectional title, along with winning their first regional and semi-state titles. They repeated the following year in 2024.

Coach Pyle focuses on creating a fun, inclusive, and hardworking environment. He focuses on talking about realities of playing tennis both as a high level player and as a life long sport to play, have fun, and be healthy. Coach Pyle has a fun, soft demeanor who uses tennis to also grow in real life lessons to help foster growth in kids.
How to run a programCoach Pyle got to accept the USTA Outstanding Facility Award at the US Open in New York City in Fall 2025. This is proudly displayed at the Noblesville Millers Tennis Complex. We truly believe we have one of the best high school facilities in the state of Indiana.
